In meeting with this policy, we will:

  1. Expect all personnel to demonstrate commitment to, and leadership in, health, safety and environmental protection, performance and compliance.
  2. Inform all interested parties of relevant health, safety and environmental aspects of our operation.
  3. Listen, consult and respond to their concerns openly
  4. Meet applicable health, safety and environmental legislation, regulations and other requirements
  5. Provide employees with a safe place to work
  6. Take measure to reduce natural resource consumption, protect the environmental and prevent pollution of land, air and water.
  7. Set objectives and monitor the status of programme to ensure continual improvement of health, safety and environmental performance
  8. Provide all necessary supports including trainings in order to achieve established objectives
  9. Audit waste management performance against procedure
  10. React, take corrective actions and identify root causes of any incident and non-conformities in order to prevent reoccurrence of them in future.
